Construction Consultant
Steve is responsible for supervising development projects within our Partnerships as a construction consultant for Oakwood Multifamily Partners. Prior to supporting Oakwood Multifamily Partners, Steve held the position of Director of Construction Management at CP Capital (formerly HQ Capital, Real Estate Capital Partners) where he primarily focused on overseeing the construction and development of multifamily properties. He shifted to working with CP Capital as a construction consultant in June 2020 through his company, SEW Real Estate Services, LLC, a consulting firm providing services to corporate clients focused on acquisition and management of real estate assets. Prior to joining CP Capital in 2005, Steve worked at KTR Southern Region Engineering and Due Diligence as Director of Construction Services and at Citicorp Real Estate as Manager of the Technical Services Loan Management (southern region) within the Real Estate Finance Group. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech and is a Licensed Architect in the state of Texas, as well as a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
